§78C‑48. Severability of provisions.
If any provision of thisChapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is heldinvalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications ofthe Chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision orapplication, and to this end the provisions of this Chapter are severable.
