§8‑15.  Certified copies of certain surveys and maps obtained from theState of Tennessee.

A certified copy of the reportof the survey made by the North Carolina commissioners, McDowell, Vance andMatthews, of that portion of the State of Tennessee extending from a point onthe Virginia line to a point on the Smoky Mountain west of the Pigeon River, asobtained and filed by the Secretary of State under the provisions of Chapter162 of the laws of 1913, shall, when certified under the hand and seal of the Secretaryof State, be competent evidence in the trial of any action in the courts of theState.
