(a) The Board shallfurnish a copy of its rules relating to sanitary management of cosmetic artshops and cosmetic art schools to each shop and school licensed by the Board.Each shop and school shall post the rules in a conspicuous place.
(b) The Board shallfurnish a copy of its rules relating to curriculum and schools to each licensedcosmetic art school. Each cosmetic art school shall make these rules availableto all teachers and students.
