§ 90‑117.5. Bylawsand regulations.
The North Carolina State Board of Examiners in Optometry shall have thepower to make necessary bylaws and regulations, not inconsistent with theprovisions of this Article, regarding any matter referred to in this Articleand for the purpose of facilitating the transaction of business by the saidBoard.
