§ 90‑38.  Licensingformer dentists who have moved back into State or resumed practice.

Any person who shall have been licensed by the North Carolina StateBoard of Dental Examiners to practice dentistry in this State who shall haveretired from practice or who shall have moved from the State and shall havereturned to the State, may, upon a satisfactory showing to said Board of hisproficiency in the profession of dentistry and his good moral character duringthe period of his retirement, be granted by said Board a license to resume thepractice of dentistry upon making application to the said Board in such form asit may require. The license to resume practice, after issuance thereof, shallbe subject to all the provisions of this Article. (1935, c. 66, s. 11; 1953, c. 564, s. 2.)
