§ 90‑85.18. Approval of continuing education programs.

The Board shall approve providers of continuing education programs uponfinding that the provider is competent to and does offer an educationalexperience designed to enable those who successfully complete the program tomore safely and properly practice pharmacy. (1981 (Reg. Sess., 1982), c. 1188, s. 1.)
