§95‑12. Division of Statistics.
The Division of Statisticsshall be in charge of a Chief Statistician. It shall be his duty, under thedirection and supervision of the Commissioner of Labor, to collect, assort,systematize, and print all statistical details relating to all divisions oflabor in this State as is provided in G.S. 95‑6. (1931,c. 312, s. 13.)
