§ 96‑35.  Reports oncommon follow‑up system activities.

(a)        The EmploymentSecurity Commission of North Carolina shall present annually by May 1 to theGeneral Assembly and to the Governor a report of CFS activities for thepreceding calendar year. The report shall include information on and evaluationof job training, education, and placement programs for which data was reportedby State and local agencies subject to this Article. Evaluation of the programsshall be on the basis of fiscal year data.

(b)        The ESC shallreport to the Governor and to the General Assembly upon the convening of eachbiennial session, its evaluation of and recommendations regarding job training,education, and placement programs for which data was provided to the CFS.
