Statutes > West-virginia > 61 > 61-2-23§61-2-23. Plea of former jeopardy in prosecution for dueling.
Any person indicted in this state under the eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth or twenty-second sections of this article may plead his conviction or acquittal of the same offense, when committed in another state, in bar of such indictment.
