10-2081. Exemption from antitrust
statutes
The provisions of title 44, chapter 10, article 1 do not apply to any conduct or
activity of a cooperative organized pursuant to this article, if the conduct or activity
is approved by a statute of this state or of the United States or by the corporation
commission or an administrative agency of this state or of the United States that has
jurisdiction of the subject matter. This section does not apply to the provision of
competitive electric generation service and other services.
