12-1563. Impeding recovery by action or
judgment of personal property; classification
A person against whom an action is pending or against whom a judgment has been
rendered for the recovery of personal property who knowingly conceals, sells or disposes
of such property with intent to hinder or delay execution of the judgment, or with like
intent removes the property from the county in which it is located at the time of the
commencement of the action or the rendition of judgment, is guilty of a class 6 felony.
