12-1625. Delivery of property and certificate
of sale

When the purchaser of personal property capable of manual delivery pays the purchase
money, the officer shall deliver the property and if desired, execute and deliver to the
purchaser a certificate of sale. If personal property not capable of manual delivery or
which may be sold without the presence or delivery of the property, the officer making
the sale shall execute and deliver to the purchaser a certificate of sale. The
certificates convey to the purchaser all the right which the debtor had in the property
on the day the levy was made.
