12-344. Costs upon splitting of action


Where a plaintiff brings in the same court several actions against the same
defendant for claims which should have been joined, he shall recover the costs of one
action only, and the costs of the other actions shall be adjudged against him unless
sufficient reasons appear to the court for instituting several actions.
