12-807. Application of proceeds of sale; sale
of building to make up deficiency


A. The proceeds of sale of the property shall be applied in the following order:


1. To the fees and costs of the removal and sale.


2. To the allowances and costs of closing and keeping the building or place closed.


3. To the payment of plaintiff's costs in the action.


4. The balance, if any, shall be paid to the owner of the property sold.


B. If the proceeds of the sale do not fully discharge all the costs, fees and
allowances, the building and place shall then also be sold under execution issued upon
order of the court or judge and the proceeds of the sale applied in like manner.
