12-883. Summons; service and
publication


Upon filing of the complaint described in section 12-882, a summons shall issue,
service thereof shall be made and the summons shall also be published in a newspaper in
the manner and for the time provided for the service of summons in a civil action by
publication, and the action shall proceed as other civil actions.
