12-884. Judgment and costs


A. If upon the trial it appears that the state has good title to all or any part of
the property or estate described in the complaint, judgment shall be given that the state
is seized or possessed thereof. A judgment for the state shall contain a description of
the property and shall vest the title thereof in the state.


B. If it appears that the state has no title, judgment shall be rendered dismissing
the action, and the court may award costs to defendant.
