15-1622. Officers; organization;
quorum


A. The board shall select from its membership a president, secretary, treasurer and
such other officers it deems necessary. The same person shall not hold the offices of
secretary and treasurer. The board may require the treasurer to give additional bond.


B. A majority of the membership of the board shall constitute a quorum for
transaction of business at any meeting regularly called, but a number less than a quorum
may adjourn from time to time.
