15-1652. Management and expenses


A. Every teacher training school shall be under the supervision and management of
the Arizona board of regents. All teachers in the school, except the principal, shall be
employed by the Arizona board of regents and the governing board of the school district
in which the training school is located, acting jointly.


B. The school district shall pay towards the expense of a teacher training school
an amount equal to one-half of the school monies which it is entitled to have apportioned
to it based on the student count at the training school during the preceding school year,
but pupils attending from another school district shall not be credited with enrollment
in the school district in which the university is located.
