15-1664. Expenditure of monies


All monies for the use and benefit of an institution under its jurisdiction shall be
expended under the direction and control of the Arizona board of regents for the support
and maintenance of such institution, buildings and grounds, and for any other purpose the
board deems expedient if not inconsistent with provisions of any appropriations.
