15-361. Establishment of evening and night
schools; admission of students; tuition

The governing board of a school district may establish an evening or night school
when in its judgment the school is necessary or convenient. The school shall be open for
admission of children between the ages of fourteen and twenty-one years, but this shall
not be construed as a requirement for a full course of study therein nor as requiring the
admission of a person to a class beyond his educational attainments. The schools shall
be open to persons over twenty-one years of age only upon payment of tuition as provided
by law.
