15-394. Preservation of years of
employment
The years of employment of a certificated teacher who has been employed by a school
district for more than the major portion of three consecutive school years shall be
preserved if such teacher moves from a school district to a joint technical education
district or from a joint technical education district to a school district if the
governing board recognizes the previously established years of employment of the teacher,
provided such districts are participating in the joint technical education district.
