15-713. Training in use of bows or firearms;
instruction materials; certification of instructors; cooperating
agencies

A. The Arizona game and fish department may provide training in the safe
handling and use of bows or firearms and safe hunting practices, in conjunction with the
common schools and high schools of the state when the schools request the training.

B. The Arizona game and fish department may prescribe courses of study, approve
instruction materials, certify instructors for training programs conducted by private
organizations or public agencies and issue certificates of completion of the required
course of study.

C. To carry out the purposes of the training program authorized by this section and
section 15-714, the Arizona game and fish department may cooperate with other agencies
and private organizations.
