15-842. Damage to school property; suspension
or expulsion of pupil; liability of parent


A. A pupil who cuts, defaces or otherwise injures any school property may be
suspended or expelled.


B. Upon complaint of the governing board, the parents or guardians of minors who
have injured school property shall be liable for all damages caused by their children or
wards.
