16-960. Severability.

(Caution: 1998 Prop. 105 applies)

If a provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the act that
can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the
provisions of this act are severable. In any court challenge to the validity of this
article, the commission and Arizonans for clean elections shall have standing to
intervene.
