17-291. Additional bonds


After the original issuance of bonds, the commission, with the approval of the joint
legislative budget committee, may issue additional bonds. Additional bonds may be issued
on a parity with one or more outstanding issues on such terms and conditions as the
commission prescribes by resolution.
