17-402. Acceptance of federal aid acts


A. The state assents to the provisions of Public Law 415, 75th Congress, chapter
899, first session, and Public Law 681, 81st Congress, chapter 658, second session.


B. The commission shall be the agency of the state for the purposes of this
article.
