17-503. Administration; expenses

A. The department is designated as the licensing authority in this state for
purposes of the compact. The director shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of
the participating states any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate
the administration of the compact.

B. The compact administrator from this state is not entitled to any additional
compensation for his service as such but is eligible for reimbursement for expenses
incurred in connection with his responsibilities as administrator in the same manner as
expenses incurred in connection with other responsibilities of his office or employment.
