On finding that a person has violated this article or a rule adopted pursuant to this article, the director may issue an order directing that the person cease and desist from committing the violation. On the issuance of an order to cease and desist, the person may request a hearing pursuant to section 20-161 and title 41, chapter 6, article 10.
