20-2203. Powers of the joint underwriting The association may, on behalf of its members and with the approval of the director, 1. Issue or cause to be issued policies of liability insurance on a claims-made (a) One hundred thousand dollars for each claimant under one policy and three (b) Two hundred fifty thousand dollars for each claimant under one policy and seven (c) Five hundred thousand dollars for each claimant under one policy and one (d) One million dollars for each claimant under one policy and three million 2.
