20-467. Return premiums; penalties


All insurers and insurance producers shall comply with the requirements prescribed
in sections 6-1415 and 6-1416. In addition to any penalty provided by law, any insurer
or insurance producer who fails to comply with the requirements prescribed in sections
6-1415 and 6-1416 is subject to the penalties prescribed in section 20-456.
