22-118. Failure to disburse fines or
forfeitures received; classification


A justice of the peace who receives a fine or forfeiture and knowingly fails or
refuses to pay or disburse it according to law within thirty days after the receipt
thereof, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
