Arizona Statutes22-315 22-315. Plea The defendant shall plead either by a plea of guilty, not guilty, once in jeopardy, former conviction or acquittal of the offense charged, pleaded either with or without a plea of not guilty. The plea shall be oral and entered in the minutes.
