23-1073. Processing of prior claims


The commission appointed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 1 of this title shall
process all claims for injuries or disabling conditions which occurred prior to January
1, 1969 to the entry of a final award in accordance with the procedure and benefit levels
in effect prior to January 1, 1969. Petitions to reopen filed subsequent to January 1,
1969 shall be processed in accordance with the procedural provisions of this chapter.
