23-576. Professional employer organization
fund; use; exemption


A. The professional employer organization fund is established consisting of
fees collected pursuant to this article. The secretary of state shall administer the
fund.


B. Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation and shall be used by
the secretary of state for the purposes of administering this article.


C. Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to
lapsing of appropriations.
