23-637. Beginning and termination of extended
benefit period


A. Whenever an extended benefit period is to become effective in this state as a
result of an Arizona on indicator, or an extended benefit period is to be terminated in
this state as a result of an Arizona off indicator, the department shall make an
appropriate public announcement.


B. Computations required by the provisions of section 23-631 shall be made in
accordance with regulations prescribed by the department and the United States secretary
of labor.
