23-932. Violations; classification


A person who violates any provision of this chapter, commits any act therein
prohibited, knowingly fails or refuses to perform any duty thereby imposed within the
time prescribed by law or by the commission, or knowingly fails or refuses to obey an
order of the commission or a judgment of a court made and entered under the provisions of
this chapter, for which no penalty or punishment is otherwise specifically provided, is
guilty of a class 6 felony.
