25-412. Expedited child support and parenting
time fund


A. Each county treasurer shall establish an expedited child support and parenting
time fund consisting of monies received pursuant to section 12-284, subsection D.


B. The presiding judge of the superior court shall use fund monies to establish,
maintain and enhance programs designed to expedite the processing of petitions filed
pursuant to section 25-326 and to establish, enforce and modify court orders involving
children.


C. The county treasurer may invest monies in the fund and shall deposit interest
earned in the fund.


D. Monies received from this fund shall be used to supplement and not supplant
monies allocated by the county.
