27-1255. Annual renewal


A reclamation plan for exploration operations is renewable annually on:


1. Modification of the plan to address types of surface disturbances that will be
conducted during exploration operations but that have not been previously addressed in
the reclamation plan.


2. Submission of any additional financial assurance, if necessary.
