27-1323. Enforcement action on reclamation
plan approval


A. The state mine inspector may suspend, withdraw or revoke a reclamation plan
approval if the inspector determines that the facility is in violation of any rule
adopted pursuant to this chapter.


B. Any action taken under this section shall comply with the requirements of title
41, chapter 6, article 10.
