27-657. Agent for process
Every owner or operator of any well shall designate an agent who resides in this
state upon whom may be served all orders, notices and processes of the commission or of
any court of law. Every person so appointing an agent shall, within ten days after the
termination of any such agency, notify the commission, in writing, of such termination,
and unless operations are discontinued, shall appoint a new agent within such ten day
period.
