28-2135. Perfection of security interest in
inventory and mobile homes
Notwithstanding any other provision in this article:
1. A security interest in inventory, as defined in section 47-9102, consisting in
whole or in part of vehicles required to be titled and registered under section 28-2153
or of mobile homes shall be perfected in accordance with the filing provisions of title
47, chapter 9, article 5 to the extent that those provisions are applicable by virtue of
title 47, chapter 9, article 3.
2. A lien on a mobile home for which an affidavit of affixture has been recorded
pursuant to section 42-15203 shall be perfected either according to the laws governing
perfection of liens on real property or according to the laws governing perfection of
security interests in fixtures.
