28-2263. Withdrawal of vehicle
If a vehicle that is subject to an agreement authorized by this article is
permanently withdrawn from a proportionally registered fleet because the vehicle has been
destroyed, sold or otherwise completely removed from the registrant's service, the
director shall refund the unused portion of the fees paid with respect to the vehicle or
apply the fees against the registrant's liability for subsequent additions to the fleet
during the registration year or for additional fees on audit.
