28-4085. Proof by owner for others


If a person required to give proof of financial responsibility under this chapter is
or later becomes either an operator in the employ of an owner or a member of the
immediate family or household of an owner, the director shall accept proof given by the
owner in lieu of proof by the other person to permit the other person to operate a motor
vehicle for which the owner has given proof as provided by this chapter.
