28-4086. Substitution of proof


The director shall consent to the cancellation of a certificate of insurance or
shall direct and the state treasurer shall return any monies or certificates of deposit
to the person entitled to the monies or certificates of deposit on the substitution and
acceptance of other adequate proof of financial responsibility pursuant to this chapter.
