28-4334. License requirement; established
place of business; unimproved lots and premises; violation;
classification


A. Except as provided in sections 28-4335, 28-4401 and 28-4402, a person shall not
engage in any business regulated by this chapter except from an established place of
business and unless the person has obtained from the director a license authorizing the
person to engage in the business.


B. A licensee may use unimproved lots and premises or parts of unimproved lots and
premises for the storage of motor vehicles or for the storage of motor vehicle parts or
accessories if the lots or premises are located in the county in which the licensee has
an established place of business.


C. A person who violates subsection A of this section is guilty of a class 1
misdemeanor.
