28-4497. Action to restrain violation by
licensee


If the director has reasonable cause to believe that a licensee has violated or is
violating any law of this state that the director enforces or administers or has violated
or is violating a rule or order adopted or issued by the director pursuant to law, in
addition to any remedies existing under this chapter or otherwise, the director may bring
and maintain, in the name and on behalf of this state, an action in the superior court in
Maricopa county against a licensee to restrain or enjoin the licensee from continuing the
violation. In the action, the court shall proceed as in other actions for injunction.
