28-4549. Electronic record of temporary
registration as notice of transfer; fee
A dealer who issues temporary registration plates shall send to the department
through an authorized third party or the department's authorized third party electronic
service provider before the dealer issues the plates an electronic record of the
temporary registration plates. This electronic record is written notice of the transfer.
Each dealer sending an electronic record of the temporary registration permit through the
department's authorized third party electronic service provider shall pay a fee of one
dollar to the department's authorized third party electronic service provider.
