28-482. Department survey


From October 1 through March 31 of each year, the department shall conduct a monthly
survey of motor vehicle fuel refiners, suppliers, terminal operators and wholesalers to
determine the availability and sales of unblended gasoline in a carbon monoxide vehicle
emissions control area in which oxygenated fuel is required to be sold. The department
shall make available a copy of the report of the survey to assist blenders.
