28-4833. Local ordinances


Subject to the limitations imposed by section 28-4832, an incorporated city or town
may provide by ordinance for the removal and custody of abandoned vehicles on public or
private property within its jurisdiction. The disposal of these vehicles shall be
pursuant to this chapter.
