28-5012. License suspension or
cancellation


The director may suspend or cancel a license if the director determines that the
licensee has done any of the following:


1. Made a material misrepresentation or misstatement in the application for a
license.


2. Violated or is violating a law of this state or a rule adopted by the director
pursuant to law.


3. Violated or is violating a rule adopted by the director pursuant to law.


4. Failed or is failing to keep and maintain records as required by law.


5. Failed to keep an established place of business.
